The management systems used by Environmental Waste Controls are designed for openness and transparency which allows quick and easy auditing.

All Environmental Waste Control the systems are Internet based for efficiency and transparency. The cornerstone of this is Environmental Waste Controls unique on-line Tonnage Reporting System. 

Our in-house IT specialists developed this system to give real-time information to authorised users. The on-line Tonnage System means that there is 'one version of the truth' for both our own Management Team and our clients to use as a basis for decision-making.

The on-line Tonnage System can be accessed from any internet-connected PC via Environmental Waste Controls website (www.ewc.eu.com), using a secure username and password.  Paper documents will be forwarded to our Management Team at Head Office for auditing purposes.

Weighbridge tickets will be scanned into the system so that they can be accessed online. The online reports will give the customer diverted tonnage figures for all waste types per site, disposal routes, and waste transfer details including details from sub-contractors.

This 'open book' system provides accurate records for the movement of all wastes, and is easily auditable. 

The data can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet for incorporation into 'waste data flows'.
