Materials Recycling Facilities 

Environmental Waste Controls uses Materials Recycling Facilities sites (sometimes known as recovery or reclamation facilities and often known as a MRF - pronounced 'murf') to sort waste collected from

• one of our own household or contracted waste and recycling operations, or
• commercial customers, or
• industrial customers, or
• other suppliers.
•  

The MRF's are specially equipped to increase the amount of material that is recycled and reused.

Our sites offer sorting, segregation and baling of bulk mixed waste (cardboard, paper etc) as well as stripping, cutting and pressing of other commodities - for example copper or aluminium.

We have Materials Recycling Facilities at the following locations:
